MISSION, VISION & VALUES

Our Mission

To prevent suicide, break down stigma, and support families by delivering immediate, non-clinical, and compassionate support to anyone in crisis through prevention, intervention, and postvention. We are here to provide a third option — to stay safe for now — and to walk alongside individuals until they are ready, willing, and able to choose life.

We believe no one should face suicide alone.

Our Vision

A world where suicide is no longer a leading cause of death.
A world where support is immediate, human, and barrier-free.
A world where lived experience shapes services, stigma is shattered, and hope is always within reach.

Our Values

Compassion First
We lead with kindness, empathy, and humanity. Every life matters, and every story deserves to be heard.

Lived Experience Leads
Many of our team have been personally impacted by suicide. This insight shapes our services and connects us deeply with those we support.

No Barriers, No Judgement
Support is available to anyone aged 16+ regardless of gender, ethnicity, faith, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, or past experiences. There are no waiting lists, no criteria, and no judgement.

Hope-Focused
We help individuals explore their own connections to life. Together, we build safety plans rooted in hope, strengths, and personal meaning.

Collaboration for Change
We work hand in hand with the NHS, third sector partners, and communities to tackle suicide at every level — from immediate crisis to long-term recovery.

Relentless in Prevention
We are not just here for the moment of crisis — we are committed to long-term change through education, advocacy, and early intervention.
