SUICIDE SAFER ORGANISATION
Suicide Safer Organisation
Creating safer, more compassionate workplaces across the North West
At The Martin Gallier Project, we are committed to reducing suicide by supporting businesses and organisations to become Suicide Safer. Suicide is a complex and sensitive subject, often surrounded by stigma and uncertainty. Yet, with the right knowledge, support structures, and open conversations, we can foster workplace cultures that actively protect life and wellbeing.
By partnering with organisations across the region, we aim to build mentally healthy environments where staff feel supported, equipped, and empowered to take action for themselves, their colleagues, and their communities.
Why Become a Suicide Safer Organisation?
Becoming a Suicide Safer Organisation demonstrates your commitment to employee wellbeing and proactive mental health support. It enables your organisation to:
✔️ Break down stigma surrounding suicide in the workplace
✔️ Identify and support individuals in crisis
✔️ Foster a culture of care, empathy and open communication
✔️ Upskill staff in life-saving intervention techniques
✔️ Create a safer, more inclusive, and resilient working environment
Whether you’re a small team or a large corporation, our bespoke packages can be tailored to meet your organisation’s structure, needs and capacity.
